  • How long does it take to install blinds curtains and shutters?
    Normally our expert Installation team can complete an install on an average size house in one working day. We will give a more accurate estimation after your order giving you plenty of notice.
  • Who should remove existing blinds before my New ones arrive?
    Normally you as the client would remove all existing blinds prior to the New installation of your new Products. Or you can ask for removal at a cost to you-Please ask our Design consultant’s at time of quote if you need assistance with this.
  • Can I get quotes from my floor plans even though my home is not ready?
    Absolutely! Our senior sales Consultants are experienced in this field. They can ensure every room is covered with your specific requirements and needs. They are trained to work out measurements so you can rest and feel like we have it all covered for you. Just email your floor plans and we will contact you to discuss prior to quoting.
  • What happens after I proceed with my quote?
    Our Installation Department will contact you within 24 hrs of accepting our quote. They will book in a time to have our experienced Installer meet with you at your new build, Office or existing home. They will measure according to the quote and finalise openings of your blinds etc. This is an important stage of our process.
